Transaction decline reasons:
- The transaction amount doesn't match the amount of the Kasheesh single-use card generated for the transaction.
- Please create a new single-use card for the transaction and double-check the totals match at the final point of checkout on both the merchant's page and the Kasheesh extension. You can manually adjust the total in the extension if they don't match.
- The single-use card issued by Kasheesh is closed
- You have already attempted to use this card to complete a transaction.
- The holds placed on your cards could not be captured, or they are canceled or expired.
- The holds Kasheesh placed on your cards were canceled.
- In most use case scenarios, the hold expired (usually after 7 days).
- In most use case scenarios, the hold expired (usually after 7 days).
- Unable to capture funds from holds placed on your card/s.
- Funds may have already been captured.
- The card issuer has not allowed a hold to be placed.
- Non-retail transactions are currently not allowed on your account.
- Please contact us if you are unsure why these types of transactions are being denied.
- You have met the daily transaction limit.
